      Q. Who is our Guest Speaker?
      A. Courtney is Director of Global People Analytics at Colgate-Palmolive, a truly global organization where new technologies are taking center stage. Her growing team’s responsibilities focus on measurement strategies for culture, DE&I, learning, recruiting, turnover, high potentials, and workforce planning. Courtney is passionate about making data accessible. Upskilling the entire HR organization in foundational data & analytics is the prerequisite to data accessibility which is underway in 2020-2021. Prior to joining Colgate, Courtney held similar roles in People Analytics at AIG and Deloitte. She started her career over 20 years ago as a management consultant in the pharmaceutical industry. Courtney holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
      Q. Who should attend?
      A. If you are a senior leader or analyst utilizing people analytics, tools and technology and are looking for guidance, best practice sharing and simply building your geek community then this meet up is for you.
      Q. What is the format?
      A. The event will be held virtually through video conferencing. As such will it will offer informal networking and an opportunity for like minds to get together and set the agenda and hopes for future meet ups. Remember - sign in on time with cameras on so we can see your face!
      Q. Who is leading the event?
      A. There is no leader for this event, but the founding members are known data geeks from the Philly area - Mike Guglielmo, Dr. Fiona Jamison, MacKenzie Breinlinger and Joe Grohovsky.
      Q. Why do I have to pay to attend?
      A. Yes. For this event we are donating all ticket sales to our speaker's chosen charity - Experience Camps.

      Join us in December as we host Assistant Professor @Mike Ulrich and other members from the HR Analytics ThinkTank research team as we discuss the highlights from our recent career path research, and formally launch the report to the community. 
      In September nearly 300 HR and people analytics professionals took part in our research, contributing their career experience through surveys and even sharing their CVs, so that we could analyse the industry as a whole. Our aim is to provide free insights and evidence so that our community can make better choices about their own careers.
      In this research we have tried to answer questions such as:
      What prepares someone for a job as an HR analytics professional? What are the job and developmental opportunities within HR analytics? What are the career prospects for the HR analytics professional ready for something new?

      Predicting (hourly) Employee Turnover (Virtual Event)
      Janelle Ketterer is a People Analytics enthusiast in the Chicagoland area, where she has focused on building a harmonized database to allow for advanced analytic modeling and data visualization as it relates to a variety of Talent Analytics initiatives, including predicting turnover at an employee level.
