ABOUT THE THINKTANK
The HR Analytics ThinkTank is a private-academic partnership dedicated to researching the practice of HR and People Analytics. It analyses the HR analytics industry, creating evidence and insights so that practitioners can make better decisions about the functions they are building, the value they create for their organisations, and the way they manage their own careers.
The ThinkTank research covers the full practice of HR and people analytics, from strategies to careers to technology.
PARTICIPATE IN RESEARCH
We invite HR and people analytics professionals from across the industry to participate in our research. By contributing your experiences and knowledge to our research, together we can innovate and evolve the practice of evidence-based HR decision-making.
Founded in 2015 by Nigel Dias, the HR Analytics ThinkTank is now a partnership between 3n Strategy, the University of Leeds (2017) and Utah State University (2019).
Our research is led by our Chair and Academic leads, and informed by a group of HR analytics leaders from a diverse set of backgrounds and experience. These industry practitioners serve a one year term, using their experience to guide and inform the ThinkTank's research, ensuring it is practical and relevant.
