About the HR Analytics ThinkTank
The HR Analytics ThinkTank is a private-academic partnership dedicated to researching the practice of HR and People Analytics. It analyses the HR analytics industry, creating evidence and insights so that practitioners can make better decisions about the functions they are building, the value they create for their organisations, and the way they manage their own careers.
The ThinkTank research covers the full practice of HR and people analytics, from strategies to careers to technology. There are no financial costs to access any of our content however some content only becomes available after you have participated in a research project. Founded in 2015 by Nigel Dias, the HR Analytics ThinkTank is now a partnership between 3n Strategy, the University of Leeds (2017) and Utah State University (2019).
3n Strategy is a consultancy firm specialising in HR Analytics and Strategic Workforce Planning. Their mission is to improve the way that every HR decision in the world is made - by providing the decision-makers with evidence. 3n Strategy provides adoption and training services, specifically focused on helping organisations to embed a culture of data-driven HR decision-making.
3n Strategy founded the HR Analytics ThinkTank in 2015 based on the frameworks and analytics created by @Nigel Dias.
