On 27 January 2021, the Philadelphia People Analytics Meetup hosted Courtney McMahon, who talked about Colgate's journey into ONA.
Courtney is Director of Global People Analytics at Colgate-Palmolive, a truly global organization where new technologies are taking center stage. Her growing team’s responsibilities focus on measurement strategies for culture, DE&I, learning, recruiting, turnover, high potentials, and workforce planning. Courtney is passionate about making data accessible. Upskilling the entire HR organization in foundational data & analytics is the prerequisite to data accessibility which is underway in 2020-2021. Prior to joining Colgate, Courtney held similar roles in People Analytics at AIG and Deloitte. She started her career over 20 years ago as a management consultant in the pharmaceutical industry. Courtney holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
