About Approach
The approach takes by the organisation to its overall HR analytics approach is critical. Within this area of the framework we enable organisations to understand the stakeholders goals, to educate their leadership teams to better understand what analytics will do for them (and what questions it will answer). We would also make assessments about where the functions sits within the organisation.
Benchmarking Approach
As the data-driven HR journey moves forward, there is a gradual increase in the approach, usually reflecting how the organisation and its leaders better understand analytics, and also how the people analytics team becomes better aligned with the HR and business.
